What is trenchless pipe replacement?

Trenchless pipe replacement is a method of replacing a damaged drains or old piping with a new pipe of a similar diameter. The new pipe follows the same path of the existing pipe without requiring any excavation.

Applications

The Nu-Flow system can be applied to all types of pipe repairs from 40mm to 300mm including stormwater pipes, sewerage pipes, commercial pool lines, chemical lines etc. The Nu-Flow lining system is ideal for residential drain repairs, commercial pipe relining and a wide variety of industrial plumbing applications.

Minimal disturbance to factory floors.

Relining is an effective alternative to digging and will still give you the structural strength of new pipe.

Using CCTV technology, the damaged pipe is inspected and surveyed, then cleaned and prepared for lining. The epoxy resin impregnated felt liner is inserted into the pipe from existing access points.
Once in position, the bladder inside the liner is inflated whilst being monitored with our cameras. When the resin cures, the bladder is removed and you are left with a smooth & seamless relined pipe that is ready for use within 2 hours.

This is an effective alternative to excavation which keeps costly digging to a minimum and saves you money.

After root removal, junctions like this can be relined without excavation.
